Q: Can I help with the move?
A: Absolutely! That Van Dude encourages customers to assist us and keep the costs to a minimum.

Q: How big is the van?
A: We have 2 van sizes. The Standard size fits 12 cubic meters inside or 3.5M long, 1.9M high, 1.8M wide. The Big Boy fits 16 cubic meters or 4.6 meters long, 1.9M high, 1.8M wide. Both vans require a minimum hight clearance of 2.6M.

Q: Do you pack goods as well.
A: No we don't. By packing the goods yourself you will save us time but, more importantly save yourself money.

Q: Do you have public liability?
A: Yes we do.

Q: I can't get out of work. Is it possible to move after hours?
A: Yep, within reason.

Q: Are you able to disassemble or reassemble my furniture?
A: Sure, just give us the heads up and we will bring the tools.

Q: I don't have wheels, can I ride with That Dude?
A: No worries, our vans are 3 seaters!

Q: Does the van come equiped with trolleys etc?...
A: Absolutely. We have stair-climbing trolleys, flat trolleys which can support a ton, padded blankets, wet weather mattress protectors, straps, and oversized rubber bands to ensure items are secured.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Cash, cheque and cards accepted on completion.
